1- APPLICATION FOR EARTHQUAKE RISK REPORT

4- MINISTRY REVIEW AND APPROVAL

At this stage, the risk of the building is also recorded in the title deed. After this process, the building is included in the scope of urban transformation.

5- RECEIVING INFORMATION LETTER TO BUILDING RESIDENTS

After the approval of the Ministry, a letter stating that the building is risky is sent to the people living in the building. He has the right to object to this letter. If there is no objection, the building joint decision protocol must be signed within 60 days.

6- BUILDING COMMON DECISION PROTOCOL

It is the protocol in which the decision about the state of the building subjected to urban transformation by at least 3/2 majority of the owners. The owners may decide to sell the land or to demolish the building and build a new one.

7- SUBMISSION OF THE DECISION PROTOCOL TO THE MINISTRY

The signed decision protocol must be submitted to the ministry within 2 months. Otherwise, the building will be demolished by the ministry.

8- CONTRACTOR SELECTION

After the decision about the building is made, the contractor must be selected for the construction of the new building.

9- TAKING URBAN TRANSFORMATION CREDIT

After the contractor selection, the most important step is to obtain loans through contracted banks. It has the right to use a loan of approximately 100 thousand lira for a building and up to 500 thousand for more than one building.

10- APPLICATION FOR RENTAL AID

Required applications are made to the ministry for rent allowance, which is one of the important advantages of urban transformation.

11- BUILDING INSPECTION

The credits used for the construction of the new building are given to the building company in a blocked manner. At every stage, the banks check the building and make it available for other blocked amounts.

12- NEW DEED FOR BUILDING

Residents deeds stating that the building, which is built in an earthquake-resistant manner, is earthquake-resistant are received.
